Shipping
Yes. We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, UAE, South Korea, Malaysia, United Kingdom, United States, Spain, Italy, France, Germany and Switzerland.
LBC, Grab & Lalamove for local orders. DHL for international orders.
Please note that all international orders are subject to taxes and duties. A DHL customer agent will reach out to you prior to releasing your package.
Items will be shipped altogether to reduce shipping costs.
Local orders can take 1-5 days. International orders can take 5-7 days.
Yes. Our store is located at the 2nd floor of Dermstead Bldg, 860 Tropical Avenue Las Pinas, Metro Manila PH.

Pique Active's items are curated and limited. Once an item sells out, chances of it being restocked are slim unless there is a very high demand for said item.
Our products are garment dyed and might bleed during the first few washes. Make sure to wash colored items alone during the first few washes and with similar colors afterwards.
All of our products are made overseas.
If you are ever in between sizes, always get one size up. Please take note that each product differs in size so always check the size guide provided per product.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Ex: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) To process an international return, please email info@piqueactive.com with your Name and Order Number. To process a local return, please send an SMS to 0917-582-1993 with your Name and Order Number.
